Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

To the extent F/X Group processes personal data on your behalf as a business customer (the “Controller”) in connection with the Service, F/X Group acts as a “Processor.” We will only process your data in accordance with your instructions, applicable law, and this Privacy Policy.
