By using the Power365 Restaurant App or related services provided by F/X Group Corp., you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
F/X Group Corp. offers the Power365 Restaurant App as a SaaS platform for restaurant management, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and Power BI, with AI-driven analytics and insights.
Account Registration & Security
- Users must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- Authentication and access are managed via Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with others, or attempt unauthorized access.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the software or its content without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, designs, AI algorithms, and analytics are owned by F/X Group Corp. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as provided.
Data Rights & Privacy
All data provided and generated through your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data, while granting F/X Group a license to use it as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
AI & Analytics Disclaimer
AI-powered recommendations and analytics are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice. F/X Group Corp. is not responsible for business outcomes based on these insights.
Service Availability & Changes
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, with notice provided for major changes.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, F/X Group Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.
