User Content

You retain ownership of the maps, notes, drawings, images, files, and other content you create or import into CogniAtlas, subject to any rights you already granted to others or any third-party materials included in your content.

Permitted Use

You may use CogniAtlas to create, edit, save, export, and share your own mind maps and related outputs. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from CogniAtlas software, branding, or proprietary materials except as permitted by law or by written permission from M365 Services Corp.

Third-Party Materials

CogniAtlas may include open-source software, platform libraries, fonts, icons, app-store components, or other third-party materials. Those materials remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Third-party names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.

Trademarks

CogniAtlas and PowerM365 names and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without permission. Microsoft, Apple, Google, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive, Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners.
